2. Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
3. Proof of purchase is required

- Gift cards

How to Request a Refund:
Email support@beautesp.com with your order number and reason for the return. Upon approval, you'll receive return instructions.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your item.
